ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

• preparing and execution of test cases within the project in compliance with the test and method standards
• writing and maintaining automated tests using Cypress
• raising defects found during the testing and working with developers on their resolution
• working with IT System Analyst/Requirements engineer’s development of acceptance criteria
• supporting the early-stage involvement in the project – contribution to project estimations regarding test area and requirements analysis
• supporting the defect management process in the project, including subsequent root cause analysis
• supporting the creation of documents
• supporting the tracking of test KPI and metrics following Munich Re standards​

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in Polish
• excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
• automation testing experience (using: Cypress, Selenium, JUnit or other framework)
• detailed knowledge of the testing lifecycle as well as the different test types and their application
• test planning, execution, and data management expertise
• e.g. Azure DevOps with Azure test plans
• excellent interpersonal skills
