We are looking for a QA Engineer to test the limits of the BEAST
The Backoffice Engineering & Automation Systems Team (BEAST) is the muscle behind Tylko’s operations. We roam the backoffice jungle with one goal: find the slow, clunky, manual stuff… and wipe it out. If any of our partner teams has a pain point, we’re on it. We get close, learn how they work, then drop in the kind of automations and tools that make the problems vanish (and sometimes make people wonder how they ever lived without them). Everything we build snaps perfectly into place with Tylko’s systems, no duct tape required. The result? Less grind, more flow — and a business that can move faster without breaking a sweat.
At Tylko, you’re more than a cog in the machine — you’re part of a team that values ideas, initiative, and the people behind them. We celebrate inclusivity, keep things human, and build a culture where happy, healthy employees are truly heard. On top of that, we’ve got some perks to keep you at your best:
One bonus day off every month (BEASTs need rest too)
Comprehensive healthcare
Multisport membership
A discount on all Tylko products
And yes — a dog‑friendly office
3+ years of experience in QA (manual and/or automated)Hands-on experience testing web apps and APIs — enough to read logs and follow the devs
Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Playwright etc)
Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Solid communication skills - you’re not afraid to speak up, raise questions, or challenge assumptions
Detail-oriented mindset
Fluent Polish and a working knowledge of English
Available to work from our Warsaw office at least 3 days a week
Experience writing automated tests in Python (bonus points for Pytest) Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger Experience testing data-heavy systems (e.g. accounting, logistics, ERP — the juicy stuff) A strong instinct for edge cases and “what if” scenarios most people miss The habit of writing bug reports and test cases so clear, they practically fix themselves A love for board games and nerdy banter — unofficially required, officially encouraged
