This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to the development of smarter and greener energy solutions, and grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.**How youll make an impact*** Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs.* Be part of DevOps team delivering customer ready solutions* Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries.* Conduct software testing, including automated tests, performance testing, and manual testing.* Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality.* Work with physical laboratory equipment to test real life scenarios* Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress.* Collaborate with developers to identify, investigate, and resolve issues found during testing.* Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement.* Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing.* Mentor team members and advocate for quality assurance principles across the organization.**Your background*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field* 3+ years of experience in Senior Quality Assurance role* Proven experience in automated testing* Knowledge and experience with Power Systems is a big plus.* Knowledge of communication protocols like OPC, IEC 60870-5-104, MODBUS, IEEE C37.118 will be a big plus* Expert knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and version control systems like Git.* Experience with performance, security, and compliance testing is an advantage.* Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.* Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous learning.We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
