Join our hybrid QA Engineering team in either Poznan/Warsaw or Cracow. Gain some experience working on the development and testing of advanced banking systems used by millions of Poles every day.

Requirements
- Higher education in a technical field (STEM or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation or minimum 5 years in manual testing with elements of automation in the area of finance and banking
- Commercial experience in automated testing – Selenium
- Very good knowledge of Selenium WebDriver
- Knowledge of Python and popular testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest)
- Experience in testing data exchange between systems (REST, file exchange, SOAP)
- Ability to work with databases (SQL)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket-Bamboo)
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of terms related to investment funds (FIO, IKE, IKZE, etc.)
- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- ISTQB Foundation Level certificate – required or willingness to obtain it
- Fluency in reading technical documentation in English
- Previous professional experience in banking or AT/TFI
- Basic knowledge of Docker
- ISTQB Advanced Level Certificate – Test Automation Engineer
- Certificates related to Selenium/WebDriver (e.g., Selenium WebDriver Certified Professional)
- Certificates related to Python (e.g., PCEP, PCAP) – an additional advantage
You will be responsible for:
- Designing, creating, developing, and maintaining (code) automated tests in Selenium (Python)
- Designing and implementing end-to-end tests for data exchange processes with the transfer agent
- Automating tests of investment fund operations, including orders, calculations, and reporting
- Testing system integration via API (REST, SOAP) and databases
- Analyzing test results, reporting errors, and working with the development team to resolve them
- Creating and updating test documentation
- Working with analysts and the QA team to improve testing processes
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of automated tests
- Supporting the CI/CD process – integrating tests with pipelines
