Responsibilities
- Collaborate with 1-2 engineering teams: participate in development of new features from requirement analysis and test planning to execution, regression testing, and final release sign-off.
- Partner closely with Product Managers: prioritize testing efforts, clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, coordinate Business Acceptance Testing, and advocate for customers.
- Work with SDETs to expand and maintain automated test coverage; collaborate with other manual QA engineers on cross‑team projects.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA experience, with a focus on manual testing (Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box).
- Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger, validating requests and responses.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL for data validation, query writing, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Understanding of integration, functional, end‑to‑end, and API tests.
- Experience with test case design, execution, and reporting for complex systems (front‑end and back‑end).
- Ability to create test cases and collections that exercise requirements and business rules in collaboration with PMs.
- Worked with test case management tools, preferably Xray.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Independent problem solver and collaborative team player.
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
- Available in the afternoons; occasional evening meetings may be necessary for multinational team coordination.

14 000 – 16 000 PLN + VAT on B2B or equivalent on the contract of employment.
