The Mocca Project focuses on creating and maintaining a comprehensive data platform for the automotive industry, centralizing all information related to vehicles and engine components. The system allows users to easily access detailed insights about each product and process. The project is well-established but currently entering an intensive phase of quality enhancement. We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer who will lead the testing process — combining manual testing with the design and implementation of automation frameworks from scratch.
responsibilities :
Define and implement test strategies and plans
Execute manual and automated tests for web applications
Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
Manage and track defects using Jira Xray
Prepare quality reports and metrics
Design and develop test automation scripts (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Build and configure automation frameworks from scratch
Integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Execute automated test suites and generate reports
Maintain automation frameworks and environments
requirements-expected :
6–8 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing
Hands-on experience in Playwright and TypeScript (or similar modern JS frameworks)
Proven ability to set up automation environments and frameworks independently
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration
Expertise in Jira Xray and Confluence
Proficiency in web application testing
Knowledge of GitHub for version control
Experience in cross-browser/device compatibility testing
Strong communication skills and ability to work in Scrum teamsEnglish level: B2–C1
Has a solid background in both manual and automation testing
Feels confident writing and maintaining frameworks from scratch
Can collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts
Enjoys improving testing processes and overall software quality
