Main Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and automate E2E tests
• Work on end‑to‑end testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Improve and extend the existing test framework
• Perform functional and non‑functional testing to validate application functionalities
• Work in a team on establishing a quality improvement strategy, taking ownership of quality assurance efforts
• Implement solution recipes and frameworks for test automation, infrastructure monitoring and release engineering
• Maintain and evolve testing policies and standards

Core Requirements

• Experience with both frontend and backend testing
• Hands‑on experience with automation and knowledge of modern testing frameworks
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, TypeScript). Experience with Playwright
• Familiarity with testing theory and methodologies
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Adaptivity to product changes and process improvements
• Deep analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI‑driven or low‑code/no‑code testing frameworks
• Familiar with test impact analysis, self‑healing, and ML‑based defect prediction
• Understanding of performance testing tools (e.g., k6, Work)
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows, containers, and virtualized environments

Salary Ranges

• Gross salary 11,000 – 19,800 PLN/month
