- Minimum 2+ years of commercial experience in software testing
- Practical knowledge of various testing techniques and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, objectivity, and problem-solving mindset
- Basic programming experience in at least one language: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
- Experience or strong interest in test automation and performance testing
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA processes
- Everyday experience with version control systems (Git)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA
- Ability to create clear test documentation and reports
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, for communication with international clients
Nice to have
- Practical experience with TDD and/or BDD approaches
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes
- API testing experience
- Experience with backend automation tools (Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI)
- Experience with frontend automation testing
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
- Experience working with Java, Python, or JavaScript in testing projects
