Shiji Group is a product-based company originating from China, specializing in providing advanced IT systems for the hospitality, food service, and retail industries. The company offers a wide range of technology solutions that help businesses in these sectors optimize operations and enhance customer service. 

In Poland, Shiji Group focuses on the development of the Shiji Enterprise Platform, a comprehensive management platform for hotels.  

We are currently building a new team that will be extending that platform with new features connected with POS and food ordering systems. We are looking for candidates to join that team and help us enhance the user experience and streamline operations for our clients. 

How We Work - Remote/Hybrid Work: 

• Employees up to 50 km from the office (Katowice): 4 times a month
• Employees from 50 to 100 km from the office: 2 times a month
• Employees over 100 km: fully remote work

Job Description

You will be testing our web application based on user stories and performing exploratory testing depend on your extensive testing knowledge . You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches, translate user stories into test cases and automate them. You should also have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Automation test: 10%, manual test: 90%.

• Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, GitLab, Selenium, Terminal, TestRail
• Windows or Linux,
• Docker, Microservices

• Experience working in a technical environment
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of QA methodology
• Experience troubleshooting and identifying bugs
• Experience working closely with development teams to communicate issues and requirements
• Experience with development and testing support
• Thorough attention to detail and double-checking work
• Well-organized documentation of solutions for reference and handover to other teams
