We are seeking an exceptional and independent QA Tech Lead with extensive experience in QA automation. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance checks and test automation activities for our premier solution. You will provide technical leadership to your team, collaborate closely with engineering and customer-facing teams, and drive the quality assurance strategy forward.

**Location: Remote (Home Office) – Poland**

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical agenda and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and expertise in automation testing.
  • Work closely with R&D teams and product management on new features, system integration, and performance testing.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans including functional, end-user, stress performance, reliability, and usability testing.
  • Execute tests throughout the entire development lifecycle (from development to pre-release and release phases).
  • Actively analyze requirements from a quality engineering perspective and write tests


Requirements

  • B.Sc./B.A. degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in automation development using Python.
  • Automation activities ownership or leadership experience in a QA automation role.
  • Expertise in API, UI automation testing.
  • Experience with the Pytest framework (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with Selenium (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency in using issue tracking systems like Jira.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a proactive, get-it-done attitude and a quick learning ability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with various testing tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in QA automation.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.

  • Home Task
  • Technical interview 2 with with development director and QA team leader (1 hour)
  • HR Interview (1 hour)
