We are looking for a passionate QA Automation Team Leader to elevate our quality assurance initiatives. If youre ready to make an impact in a high-stakes, high-reward domain and ensure the resilience of security-focused software, this is the perfect role for you.


**Location: Remote (Home Office) – Poland**

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Quality Assurance Process: Take full ownership of quality assurance, ensuring all products adhere to the highest standards before release.
  • Quality Gatekeeper: Oversee the quality of deliverables, acting as a final quality gate and driving adherence to standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of talented QA engineers, providing guidance in automation testing and promoting industry best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D and product management teams to ensure comprehensive testing of new features, system integrations, and performance requirements.
  • Comprehensive Test Planning: Develop and implement detailed test plans covering functional, end-user, stress, performance, and regression testing.
  • Hands-on Testing Oversight: Oversee and execute tests throughout the development lifecycle, from development to pre-release and release.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation development with Python.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in QA automation, managing teams and owning projects.
  • Expertise in both API and UI automation testing.
  • Experience with the Pytest framework.
  • Proficiency with Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Strong analytical abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Technical interview with development director - (1 hour)
  • Home Task
  • Technical interview 2 with with EVP R&D (1 hour)
  • HR Interview (1 hour)
