We are looking for an experienced and proactive QA Automation Team Leader to manage and enhance our quality assurance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our QA efforts for a leading solution, mentoring a team of QA engineers, and working closely with both engineering and customer-facing teams to refine and implement our quality assurance strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before release.
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper, overseeing the quality of deliverables and driving adherence to quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, offering guidance and support in automation testing and best practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams and product management to ensure thorough testing of new features, system integrations, and performance aspects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, including functional, end-user, stress performance, regression testing.
  • Oversee and execute tests throughout the development lifecycle, from development to pre-release and release phases.
  • Analyze requirements from a quality perspective and design effective test cases.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation development with Python.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in QA automation, managing teams and owning projects.
  • Expertise in both API and UI automation testing.
  • Experience with the Pytest framework.
  • Proficiency with Selenium.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Strong analytical abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
