Join our team as a QA Engineer, where youll develop and maintain Python-based automated test scripts, design and execute data validation tests, and collaborate with teams to enhance testing strategies. Must have experience in QA, Python automation, SQL, and strong analytical skills. Experience with MongoDB and GitLab is a plus.



Job Title: QA Engineer – Data and Automation (Python)



Location: Wroclaw/Cracow (Hybrid: 2-3 days a week)



Job Type: B2B (Contract to Hire)



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for data validation and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Identify, report, and track defects to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development of testing strategies and best practices.
• Utilize MongoDB for data management tasks (if applicable).
• Use GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes (if applicable).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on data and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Python automation.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Good To Have:

• Experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with GitLab for version control and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of other scripting languages or automation tools.
