• Ensure the quality of team artifacts.
• Contribute to defining the QA strategy for the team.

• At least 3 year experience in QA Lead/Test Automation Engineer or similar role
• Participate in refining acceptance criteria together with business to maximize test coverage
• Support and coach the team to integrate quality in all they do (unit tests, user story writing, tests automation)
• Contribute relentlessly to quality improvements in your team: solution design, workflow, monitoring
• Practical knowledge of any programming language, preferably in scripting language area
• Ability to build and maintain custom Test Automation Frameworks
• Understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques and Built-In-Quality
• Not only know how to create test cases but also how to anticipate what is needed to execute them
• Practical knowledge of working with REST APIs (incl. extensive test automation experience)
• Experience with Git
• Understand the operation of IT systems and how the communication between the mobile applications and the backend as well as external systems works
• An assertive, pro-active person who thinks analytically
• Detail oriented with good time management skills and ability to fit in a fast paced agile environment
• Experience working in agile development environment
