We’re hiring a QA Engineer in Wroclaw/Cracow for a hybrid B2B role. You’ll develop Python-based test scripts, design and execute data validation tests, and work with teams to refine testing strategies. Essential qualifications include QA experience in Credit Risk with XVA, Python automation, and familiarity with test automation frameworks. Experience with GitLab for version control is highly desirable.

Location: Wroclaw/Cracow Poland (Hybrid)
Mode: B2B (Contract to Hire)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases for data validation and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Contribute to the development of testing strategies and best practices.
Use GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes (highly desirable).
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Credit Risk management and automation.
Hands-on experience with Python automation.
QA Automation within the Credit Risk domain, especially with XVA considerations.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
