Overview

Tech Talent Acquisition | Senior IT Researcher | Sourcing Specialist | IT Recruitment for Poland-based roles. Hybrid work – 2 days from the office. Project involves building a trading platform for an international hedge fund, including front-office systems, pre-trade checks, intra-day position management, order routing, risk and limit management, trading activity reporting, FIX connectivity, and market data provider connectivity (e.g. Bloomberg B-pipe).

Responsibilities

• Interaction with business stakeholders and end users, performing functional testing of team deliverables.
• Manual testing of desktop trading platform.
• Manual testing of mobile application (web version).
• Automation testing as a plus (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium).
• Creation of test cases in TestRail.
• Be proactive in terms of process building.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 7 years of similar experience.
• Analytical skills, manual testing, Linux/Unix.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Automation skills, business analysis.
