about-project :


  • As a QA Analyst your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and integrity of our systems through comprehensive testing. This includes testing all system changes, such as configuration adjustments and performing regression testing. You will engage in both manual and API testing, covering functional and non-functional criteria, and be responsible for creating test plans, test cases, peer reviews, and enhancing the regression suite alongside other test artifacts.

responsibilities :


  • Test Planning & Execution: Review acceptance criteria for all system changes, develop comprehensive test cases, and execute tests for defined scenarios, including manual, functional, and non-functional testing.
  • Project Involvement: Create detailed test plans for new projects within the delivery team.
  • Change Management: Prepare and submit change requests for deployments to test environments.
  • Agile Participation: Actively participate in all agile ceremonies within your assigned delivery team, ensuring alignment with team goals and processes.
  • Defect Management: Follow the prescribed defect life cycle process, evaluate issue severity and priority, escalate when necessary, and maintain ownership until resolution.
  • Business Alignment: Develop a deep understanding of the system under test (SUT) to ensure tests are aligned with business use cases.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Leverage your experience to contribute to requirements analysis, development, and support processes within a multi-disciplined team.

requirements-expected :


  • Testing Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in testing, with a strong emphasis on manual and API testing
  • Agile Methodology: Proficient in Agile (SCRUM) practices and ceremonies
  • Web Services & API Testing: Experience in testing web services, particularly REST APIs using JSON, XML, Postman
  • Defect Tracking: Experience with bug/issue tracking systems such as Jira, Bugzilla SDLC Knowledge: Proven understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
