We are building an enterprise grade automation platform for a property management group with more than five thousand units.
The platform replaces manual work in accounting, leasing, operations, vendor management, internal control, insurance compliance, and maintenance coordination.
We use AI agents, Django services, Angular dashboards, and integrations with systems such as Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, EliseAI, Wise, and Google Cloud.
The goal is to automate large parts of the business and create a stable digital workforce that runs on the client’s infrastructure.
The project will expand to new clients and will grow into a complete automation suite for property management.
The developer will join a long term project with stable work, continuous development, and structured priorities.

The developer will build and maintain a reliable automation system for a large scale property management operation.
The work includes hands on development of backend services in Django and frontend features in Angular.
The developer will integrate AI agents into daily workflows, connect with external APIs, and ensure smooth communication between systems such as Yardi, EliseAI, and internal automations.
The developer will improve existing modules, design new features, and support production environments.
The work includes writing clean code, documenting features, fixing bugs, and improving performance.
The developer will collaborate with our technical leads, join daily communication, and provide clear progress updates.
The goal is to build a stable, scalable, and secure platform that supports thousands of units and a growing set of automation features.

Technical Experience
Minimum 7 years
Django and Python
4 years of production experience with Django REST Framework
Angular, React or TypeScript
3 years building frontend applications
AI Integration
1 year working with AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
Third Party APIs
Strong experience with REST integrations and webhook handling
Database
Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge including optimization and scaling
AI and Automation Expertise
Knowledge of token usage optimization and prompt design
