To support the growth of our development teams, we are looking for a Python Instructor / Coach who will guide our engineers in learning and applying Python — in real-world projects that matter.
This is a unique role: youll teach, inspire, and mentor a team of highly skilled professionals, while remaining flexible in your availability. It’s a part-time, on-site position (3 days/week), ideal for someone who wants to blend hands-on technical knowledge with a passion for education.
Python Instructor
Your responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and practical Python training sessions tailored to engineering teams (embedded, QA, software).
- Designing and adapting learning materials based on learners technical backgrounds and experience levels.
- Coaching team members through code reviews, hands-on exercises, and project-based learning.
- Supporting the development of internal Python coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with managers and team leads to track learning progress and provide feedback.
We require:
- Proven professional experience with Python in real-world development environments.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills — the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring technical teams (formal or informal settings).
- Understanding of software development practices (version control, testing, automation, etc.).
- Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw 3 days/week (flexible scheduling).
- Proficiency in English (B2+), Polish is an asset.
