We are opening another position in the Development department at iRonin! We are a software house that implements web and mobile application projects for clients from the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Norway, France, and even Barbados on a daily basis. We use a wide technological stack : Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Go-lang, Haskell, Python, Node.js, Vue.js, React.js, .NET, and many more. We only undertake projects that will be a challenge for us and which we will proudly add to our portfolio.

iRonin was founded by a programmer and from the beginning our assumption is to implement only those projects that will be developmental for the developer .

The challenge

• Support our clients in the development of fintech and e-commerce platforms using Python;
• Work on better/faster ways to develop projects’ architecture and development practices;
• Provide constructive feedback and be proactive while collaborating closely with the client’s tech team;
• Work on project roadmap and greenfield development.

Candidate profile

• Strong in Python (good knowledge of other languages is a strong plus);
• Experience with alchemySQL would be a big plus;
• Experience in web software development of at least 5 years;
• Up-to-date with best practices in web development;
• Great communication skills in English;
• Ability to give and receive feedback in a positive, constructive manner.

Yes, you can work remotely.

Is it possible to work from an office and/or use a coworking office?

We provide the option of working from an office in the following locations: Rzeszów, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Poznań. In other cities, we can co-finance a coworking office.

Are project changes possible?

Changing the project is possible with consultation from the team leader.

What management methodology do we use in projects?

We implement several projects, so the management methods used depend on the clients needs. In 90% of cases, we use a version of Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban.

Can I decide when I start work?

You can adjust your working hours to your schedule, but participation in daily standups is mandatory.
