After two months:

  • Work collaboratively within and outside the Engineering team, such as with our QA Engineers, Product Managers, Customer Support, Engineering Operations, and more.
  • Take ownership of the tasks you work on - from analysis, development, code review and testing, to the deployment to our customers.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall quality of our product, drive incident responses, and help out in diagnosing complex issues and shaping operational excellence.

We’re excited if you have:

  • Fluency in frameworks/libraries such as Django, Celery, and SQLAlchemy, as well as an up-to-date knowledge within the Python ecosystem.
  • Quality first approach where you bring experience implementing best practices striving for high test coverage (unit & integration tests).

  • Good knowledge of modern databases like PostgreSQL, as well as experience working with data processing.
  • Strong communication skills! Our team is fully remote, meaning you will be required to write a great deal on a daily basis.
  • curious mind and fast learning skills means you have an appetite for continuous learning and you know when and how to dig deeper, while keeping the bigger picture of seamless customer experience with the platform at the forefront.

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Flexible working hours and home-office
  • Modern and stylish office in the heart of Katowice
  • Regular team events (also remote)
  • Sustainable merch for all employees
  • Adverity Social Responsibility Day
