Are you excited about building real-world Generative AI systems that go far beyond demos and prototypes? For a project in the Tax and Professional Services domain, we are looking for a Python Developer with GenAI experience to join a product-oriented team building advanced LLM-powered assistants used by consultants and experts on a daily basis. These solutions analyze complex regulations, automate research workflows, generate client-facing reports, and significantly improve productivity and compliance outcomes. Key responsibilities Design and develop Python-based backend services powering Generative AI applications Build and maintain LLM-driven workflows, including RAG pipelines , embeddings, semantic search, and multi-step reasoning Integrate external LLM APIs and AI services in a secure, scalable, and production-ready way Develop microservices using FastAPI and deploy solutions with Docker and Kubernetes Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases Collaborate closely with product, data, and DevOps teams, with real ownership of architecture and technical decisions What we are looking for 3 years of experience in Python backend development Commercial experience with Generative AI or LLM-based systems in production environments Strong knowledge of FastAPI (or similar frameworks) and asynchronous Python Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and containerization Understanding of prompt design, token limits, and LLM integration patterns Ability to work in product-oriented teams and communicate fluently in English (B2) What we offer Fully remote work with flexible collaboration model Long-term cooperation within a stable, international organization Opportunity to build next-generation AI systems used by real end users Strong engineering culture, modern architecture, and real influence on product direction Participation in high-impact AI projects within regulated, high-profile domains Recruitment process: Catch-up meeting with our recruiter.
