We are looking for a Python Developer to join a Kraków-based team working within the Global Risk Analytics (GRA) division. GRA is a global team responsible for developing risk models for a wide range of financial and operational risks. Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge tools that help identify, measure, and manage risk, ensuring enterprise-wide compliance.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Traded Risk Financial Engineering team, quantitative modellers, and IT specialists to build robust, scalable solutions that power risk management across the organization.
responsibilities :
Develop a quantitative library in Python for traded risk models.
Implement risk model code based on proof-of-concept designs provided by modellers.
Design and build a service layer to enable interaction between risk models and other microservices.
Collaborate with quantitative modellers and IT teams to ensure technical alignment and seamless integration.

Strong expertise in Python.
Hands-on experience with NumPy and Pandas.
Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Knowledge of application life cycle and programming best practices.
English proficiency (spoken and written) at least B2 level.
Ability to work on-site in Kraków at least once a week.
