Job Description:

Join a team developing cutting-edge solutions for scientists, enabling the digitalization of laboratory processes. The project focuses on creating a platform that automates data flow between laboratory devices, IT systems, and data storage. The ecosystem includes a user-friendly Dashboard UI, an IoT integration layer, and event-driven workflow mechanisms.

Required Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in Python (numpy, pandas, requests, HTTP REST API)
2. Experience in developing Python libraries (pyproject.toml, setup.py)
3. Strong experience with version control systems (GitLab) and task management tools (JIRA)
4. Practical knowledge of the Scrum Framework
5. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
6. English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have:

1. Basic knowledge of chemistry, biology, biotech, or the pharmaceutical industry
2. Experience with BPMN tools (Camunda, Activiti)
3. Familiarity with data movement tools (Airflow, Apache NiFi)
4. Basic experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
5. Knowledge of message queue systems
