requirements-expected :
Extensive experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar role, leading large-scale cloud-native development projects
Deep technical expertise in cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proven proficiency in Python development, including advanced frameworks, libraries, and best practices
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding and inspiring engineering teams toward success
Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management, including handling multiple high-impact projects
Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and managing senior-level client relationships
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align engineering initiatives with business goals and drive innovative solutions
A strong commitment to technical excellence, with experience in enforcing best practices, methodologies, and quality standard
C1 English level proficiency
