• We’re looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer to join our backend team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of building and optimizing backend systems for projects ranging from AI-powered chatbots to data management platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-performing solutions and mentor less experienced developers.
• You have several years of hands-on experience in Python backend development and enjoy tackling complex technical challenges. You’re comfortable working independently, contributing ideas to architecture discussions, and caring deeply about writing maintainable, high-quality code. You thrive in collaborative environments where innovation and personal growth go hand in hand.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Django and Django Rest Framework
• Build and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to production
• Implement asynchronous task processing with Celery
• Ensure code quality through unit and integration tests, code reviews, and documentation
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of backend systems
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs
• Support automation and DevOps initiatives that increase delivery speed and reliability

• 4 + years of experience in backend development with Python
• Strong grasp of Django or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and SQL
• Experience using Git and modern development workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve code quality or efficiency
• Experience with Django Rest Framework, GraphQL, or FastAPI
• Familiarity with Celery, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and CI/CD practices
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience with OpenAI API or AI feature integrations
• Strong grasp of AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Cursor etc)
• Effective communication skills in English
