As a Python AI Developer you will be working for our client, an international bank that is launching an innovative project focused on developing AI-driven solutions to support critical business processes. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced models and microservices that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and AI frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with development teams, apply best practices in software engineering, and directly contribute to the modernization of financial services through applied artificial intelligence.
Warsaw/ Gdańsk based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office/week)
responsibilities :
Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Python and modern frameworks
Build and optimize REST microservices supporting business applications
Apply LLMs, embeddings, and RAG techniques to real-world use cases
Continuously improve performance and benchmark results of delivered solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical implementations
Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and best practices
Support the integration of AI components into scalable production environments
Contribute to the knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team
requirements-expected :
Proficiency in Python programming and at least one AI framework such as Langchain
Practical experience in building solutions with LLMs and embedding models
Knowledge of RAG-based architectures and their implementation
Strong ability to design and maintain REST microservices
Drive to improve and optimize performance metrics of delivered solutions
Focus on producing high-quality, maintainable code
Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in software development
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
