A career in Information Security, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and support our internal security technologies and services across the entire global and local PwC network. You’ll focus on being at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing information technology including hardware, software, and networks that enhances security of internal information and protect our firm’s intellectual assets.
Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker
- Having skills to create and update spreadsheets, track data and create pivot tables
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
- Being detail-oriented and having superior organizational skills
- Assisting with the creation and preparation of presentations and material for large meetings and leadership
- Managing diverse assignments to support IT and business operations
- Managing and tracking the contract approval and extension processes with stakeholders and Procurement
- During stakeholder and team meetings, capturing notes, following up on action items, and preparing status reports
- Managing the onboarding processes for new hires and assisting with the staffing process
- Supporting monthly and annual financial processes
- Planning and coordinating team development activities, rewards and events
- Understanding customer expectations and being responsive to their inquiries
- Working with minimal guidance, while completing complex ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned by management
