We invite you to join our QPPV Office team in Gdańsk, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of a global pharmacovigilance system.

Your Role

As a PV Affiliate Relations Partner, you will establish and facilitate communication and collaboration between LEO Pharma Global Safety, affiliates, and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Manage and build day-to-day relationships with Affiliate teams.
2. Oversee and support global activities rolled out locally in affiliates.
3. Provide data to the relevant PSMF Annexes.
4. Maintain and create PVAs.
5. Support Affiliates before, during, and after pharmacovigilance audits and inspections.
6. Support the implementation and maintenance of harmonized PV processes in the affiliates.
7. Be one point of contact for LEO Pharma affiliates.
8. Continuously monitor and improve the global PV system.
9. Provide PV training, support, and guidance to LEO Pharma affiliates, including the development and maintenance of training material.
10. Provide relevant training for local activities to local vendors and ensure completed training is documented prior to initiation.
11. Proactively seek information on local activities.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

1. A scientific educational background as MD, Pharmacist, or equivalent.
2. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Pharmacovigilance knowledge from working in an affiliate, especially local activities, case handling, and PV contract management.
4. Experience with affiliate set-up and function.
5. Strong quality and analytical mindset.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
7. Structured and detail-oriented.
8. Ability to independently solve common issues and make improvements to systems within the area of responsibility to deliver results.
9. Ability to guide and train other professionals.
10. Strong sense of processes and procedures.
11. Proficient in verbal and written English.
12. Good IT skills and experienced user of common Microsoft Office programs.
