responsibilities :
Lead Purple Team Exercises: Collaborate on attack simulations and threat emulation to strengthen our security posture and enhance synergy between offensive and defensive measures.
Close Detection Gaps: Partner with the blue team to identify gaps and refine alerting mechanisms using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
Secure by Default: Develop security standards and architecture patterns to ensure secure business operations.
Facilitate Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct sessions to empower our blue team with the knowledge to effectively respond to common attack vectors and techniques.
Stay Ahead of Threats: Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive measures to keep Bayer ahead of the curve.
requirements-expected :
Education: Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3+ years in cybersecurity, with practical experience in Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, or Blue Team operations.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CPTC, OSCP, CEH, or similar red team/penetration.
Framework Expertise: Strong understanding of industry-leading cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as the MITRE ATT&CK framework, to drive the implementation of robust and compliant security practices.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and the ability to translate complex technical insights into actionable strategies.
