responsibilities :

Configuring and developing expertise in the client’s SAP Ariba platform through implementation and post-implementation.
Ensuring all SAP Ariba configuration (e.g., users, approvals, and filters) are set up in accordance with the client’s procurement policies.
Supporting implementation and management of on-going operations for the client’s Procurement technology environment
Monitoring and regularly reporting on usage of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools and implement plans for improving tool usage/value.
Conducting regularly scheduled maintenance of the eProcurement platform and requisite data elements.
Liaising with the business to assess additions, removals, and changes of business objects (suppliers, users, items, accounts, etc.).
Serving as liaison between client and Procurement technology service providers.
Assessing implications of new software releases, configuring accordingly, and supporting necessary change management.

requirements-expected :

Bachelor’s Degree, in business, purchasing or computer science.
3-5 years experience in Procurement, Finance, or a related function working with Procure-to-Pay technologies.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing technology and related processes including system maintenance and system support.
Proven track-record of maintaining system data, configuration and integrations for SaaS solutions with regular upgrades.
Strong project management skills and results oriented.
Ability to recognize strategic direction and effectively champion initiatives.
First hand working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay technology, organization, and processes is required.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken (min. B2).
Tech stack / skills: SAP Ariba, Procure to Pay, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
