What you will do:

• orders processing and monitoring the whole procurement process
• processing of documents in SAP, updating source lists
• creating and closing of purchase orders, following rules and regulations
• monitoring of delivery deadlines
• clarifying discrepancies
• acting as a point of contact for suppliers in terms of complaints
• improving the process when needed

Who you are:

• University degree (BA)
• previous experience in similar position or strong willingness to develop in Procurement
• Hungarian language - min. B2
• English language - min. B2
• knowledge of SAP will be a plus
• ability to cooperate effectively with stakeholders
• experience in transition of corporate process will be a plus
• problem-solving and analytical mindset
