About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing processes from supplier selection to order fulfillment
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Analyze market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
