Your responsibilities
- Maintaining adequate stocks of raw materials and materials to ensure continuity of production;
- Entering and updating data in the ERP system database;
- Monitoring of the domestic and international supply market in order to find alternative sources of supply and to implement optimal commercial conditions of current suppliers;
- Taking care of relations with suppliers of raw materials and materials – consistent improvement of relations;
- Control of timeliness and completeness of orders by suppliers;
- Participation in the complaint process of purchased materials and services;
- Participation in the preparation and updating of procedures for the needs of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.
Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- English - B2
- Understanding supplier cost structures
- Negotiation skills
- Moderately fluent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Attention to detail, ability to collect and analyze data
