Job Description

• Manage purchasing documents with accuracy across multiple countries
• Maintain accurate data in ERP, ensuring compliance with procurement standards
• Work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Drive standardization and continuously seek the most lean and efficient procurement processes

Requirements

• Degree +/- 2 years in procurement/supply chain area (big plus)
• Strong English skills (German = big plus)
• MS Office + ERP (SAP = big plus)
• Curiosity about AI tools and passion for digitalization & process automation
• Proactive, organized and customer‑oriented mindset
• Confidence to present results and speak in front of a wider audience
• Work in the office 3 days a week
