What Will You Do - Responsibilities

• Creation and implementation of a purchasing strategy: developing long-term purchasing plans that support the company39s business objectives
• Negotiating with suppliers: conducting commercial negotiations to obtain the best price and quality conditions
• Supplier market analysis: monitoring the market to identify new suppliers and evaluating existing ones
• Supplier base management: Maintaining and developing relationships with key suppliers
• Team management: Coordinating the work of the purchasing team and ensuring the development of people
• Data monitoring and analysis: Ongoing analysis of reported demand and stock levels
• Observing and analysing global trends in procurement markets

• Completed technical or commercial studies
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader in strategic sourcing of manufacturing and/or intermediate materials in a global industrial company 
• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for technology and manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills at all levels 
• Ability to negotiate 
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP 
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent English
