Ongoing analysis of material demand and stock levels to ensure continuous production,
Planning, ordering, and monitoring the ordering process to maintain optimal levels of raw materials in the warehouse,
Managing documentation related to material purchases and compiling delivery documents (delivery notes, certificates, customs documentation, complaints),
Ensuring the correctness and timeliness of deliveries, resolving any discrepancies,
Building and maintaining good relationships with potential and current suppliers,
Close cooperation with freight forwarding companies, analysing offers, and optimizing logistics costs,
Periodic evaluation of suppliers in accordance with the company’s ISO policy,
Close collaboration with other departments in the company,
Auditing suppliers,
Participating in industry trade fairs.
Our requirements
You have experience in purchasing and logistics,
You are proficient in English (both spoken and written),
You are comfortable using MS Office programs (especially Excel),
You have well-developed analytical skills – you can and enjoy working with numbers,
You are able to gather information from various sources and draw accurate conclusions and recommendations,
You can effectively organize your work and act in an orderly and precise manner,
