We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist based in Warsaw (Kajetany). Your main responsibility will be to ensure all the required components are available to the Production Team.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze MRP results to create purchase orders for parts e.g., LED’s, capacitors, screws, sleeves, and components required to manufacture industrial printers
- Cooperate with suppliers to monitor PO status, update the data in SAP
- Keep daily control on the stock level based on company standards
- Clarify any issues with vendors invoices
- Report of the KPI of the scope
- Cooperate with Warehouse, Production, Planning and Sourcing Teams
What you’ll need to have:
- Previous experience on a similar position, preferably in machine building/technical industry
- Great analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Very good command of ExcelAbility to effectively communicate in English and Polish
- Experience with LEAN tools (8D, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa Diagram) SAP and PowerBI is an advantage
