Duties • Act as an operational project purchaser, supporting projects from demand to delivery • Develop and expand the supplier network in line with company strategy and categories • Own assigned categories, ensuring supplier performance, competitiveness, and long-term strategy • Source products and services from primary and secondary suppliers • Plan and execute purchases according to project schedules, milestones, and budgets • Prepare and send RFQs • Evaluate supplier offers with technical and project teams • Negotiate prices and terms to meet project and category goals • Establish and manage framework agreements and contracts • Support technical teams in defining specifications • Monitor supplier performance, delivery, and quality; escalate issues as needed • Conduct supplier evaluations and drive continuous improvements • Align project needs with category strategy (cost, quality, lead time, risk) • Provide regular updates and coordinate with project, logistics, and warehouse teams
Required skills • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in Purchasing Department • Category B driving license • Proficient in ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint • Very good negotiation skills in an international context and with large supplier • Strong organizational skills and ability to make fast, informed decisions under pressure
