Your responsibilities:
- Process and manage purchase requisitions with precision.
- Create purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM) and manage the workflow to the final purchase order.
- Verify procurement, assess delivery and performance for call-off, or determine the need for commissioning by the purchasing department.
- Communicate with stakeholders via email and telephone.
- Coordinate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, actively track orders, and ensure fast cycle times.
- Support the development of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
- Continuously improve processes (CIP).

Qualifications
Your profile:
- Initial experience in Customer Service, Procurement or Finance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- SAP knowledge is a bonus.
- Good knowledge of German (minimum B2) and communicative English (B1).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
