Currently, for one of our clients, a German leader in the automotive industry, we are opening a new office in Krakow. Our client is rapidly growing and aims to significantly contribute to the Group’s success in Krakow. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our purchase requisition team as soon as possible!

• Verify order documents for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to guidelines.
• Create purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM) and manage the workflow until the final purchase order.
• Independently assess procurement needs, ensuring delivery and performance meet requirements or need commissioning by the purchasing department.
• Coordinate intensively with stakeholders via email and phone.
• Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, actively track orders, and ensure quick cycle times.
• Assist in developing work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
• Continuously improve processes (CIP).

• Opportunity for mobile working – currently 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
• Flexible working hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Experience: Initial experience in procurement or purchasing is a plus.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP R/3 is desirable.
• Languages: B2 level German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills.
