This role combines project management expertise, negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with authors, experts, and publishing partners.The position requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate at a senior level. We are seeking someone who can combine legal knowledge with business and project management skills to create products that meet market and client needs.**Key Responsibilities:*** Execute strategic publishing projects* Actively seek new authors and publishing partners* Develop strategies and best practices for maintaining author relationships Verification of the validity of key publications included in the WKP offer Negotiate and conclude agreements for acquiring copyrights for books and WKP electronic content* Build and maintain relationships with authors, legal experts, and academic institutions* Identify trends in law and legal publications, recommend new thematic areas Collaborate on implementing AI tools supporting editorial work* Monitor the publishing market and electronic legal information systems Optimize publishing processes – recommend and implement improvements in content acquisition and copyright management procedures* Plan and control costs related to content acquisition and publishing project execution* Prepare reports on acquired content, costs, and activity effectiveness* Support marketing activities – collaborate on strategies for promoting new publications and content.**Requirements:** • Higher education (preferably Law) • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing publishing projects • Postgraduate studies in project management are a plus • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Knowledge of the publishing market and legal trends**We Offer:** • Possibility to work from home or in the office • Additional days off: birthday, preventive medical check-up, and more • Employee and contractor support programs • Private medical care subscription • Sports card with co-payment • Development: mentoring program, English language training • Project Manager Academy • Awards and distinctions • Global Innovation Awards, Global Code Games, Legal Hackathon • Webinars, contests, fairs, events • Others: ask the recruiter!## Our Interview Practices*To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
