Public Tender Specialist Poland (m/f/d) role at BELECTRIC GmbH

We are looking for a dynamic Professional to join our team in Warsaw. In this full‑time position you will drive and oversee public procurement processes, working closely with local and central teams to secure successful tender outcomes.

Your Tasks

As a Public Tender Specialist, you will organize, monitor, and optimize tender processes, analyze requirements and assess potential risks. You will:

• Identify tenders (photovoltaic and battery storage systems) on the Polish market
• Organize, monitor, optimize and manage the public procurement process
• Cooperate with local and central teams to evaluate tender requirements
• Analyze formal and material requirements and risks while maintaining contact with the client
• Coordinate preparations and timely submission of all formal and legal documents within procurement procedures (PZP)
• Analyze contract and tender data, provide bidder guidelines

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or degree or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position on the Polish market
• Experience and success in public tenders with extensive knowledge of Polish public procurement law
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English
• Empathetic, communicative team player (m/f/d) with an organized, independent, and results‑oriented approach to work
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
