PTP Team Leader with German

Your responsibilities

Set individual and team goals, and conduct performance evaluations
Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employees
Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Handle inquiries and resolve issues with vendors to maintain positive relationships
Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
Implementation, documentation and continuous development of the internal control system (ICS)

Employer requirements

Process management experience
Working experience in accounting (AP / PTP)
Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups)
SAP knowledge and experience (4Hana, MM, FI)
English - B2
German - B2
Polish - B2

Optional

Degree in Economics / Finance & Accounting or comparable education
Hands-on process improvement and system transition experience
