PTP Team Leader with German
Kraków

For our client with an SSC located in Kraków, we are looking for a PTP Team Leader with German.
Your responsibilities:

• Managing the PTP team
• Overseeing PTP processes, including invoice processing and payment runs
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions
• Handling vendor inquiries and resolving payment issues
• Performing month-end and year-end closing activities for PTP
• Maintaining vendor master data
• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations, including accounts payable reconciliations
• Analyzing and reporting on PTP metrics and KPIs
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Updating financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability when needed
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors
• Participating in global improvement projects, initiating process improvements, and assisting with other accounting projects
• Cooperating with the local finance team and other departments

Our requirements:

• Experience in the PTP/AP area in an SSC/BPO environment
• Advanced German (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
• Bachelor39s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to learn quickly, process-oriented, and a team player
