PTP Team Leader with German
Kraków

For our client with an SSC located in Kraków, we are looking for a PTP Team Leader with German.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the PTP team
- Overseeing PTP processes, including invoice processing and payment runs
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions
- Handling vendor inquiries and resolving payment issues
- Performing month-end and year-end closing activities for PTP
- Maintaining vendor master data
- Conducting balance sheet reconciliations, including accounts payable reconciliations
- Analyzing and reporting on PTP metrics and KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Updating financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability when needed
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors
- Participating in global improvement projects, initiating process improvements, and assisting with other accounting projects
- Cooperating with the local finance team and other departments
Our requirements:
- Experience in the PTP/AP area in an SSC/BPO environment
- Advanced German (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
- Bachelor39s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong MS Excel skills
- Ability to learn quickly, process-oriented, and a team player
