For our client, an international SSC company, expanding its operations in Łódź, we are currently looking for a PTP Team Leader - Payments.

Working model: Hybrid

Role Overview

As a PTP Team Leader for Payments, you will oversee daily payment operations, ensuring smooth, timely and accurate execution of all payment activities. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality accounting standards within the payment process and securing full compliance with internal controls, policies and service level agreements. This role combines operational ownership with people leadership and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all day to day payment-related tasks, including reviewing payment proposals and managing payment runs, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operations.
  • Safeguard the integrity of all accounting activities linked to payment processing by ensuring strict adherence to company policies, internal procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Support, guide and mentor team members to strengthen their expertise and ensure they can perform their responsibilities confidently and effectively.
  • Drive process enhancement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and eliminating inefficiencies within the PTP payment stream.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for stakeholders and team members, taking full ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and strong command of office productivity tools such as MS Office.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including planning, organizing and providing clear direction to team members.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • 4 to 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a shared services environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a people leadership role with demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
