For one of our clients, a global and fast-growing Shared Service Center located in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated PTP Team Leader to lead and mentor a newly created PTP team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide team leadership & direction to a team of PTP Associates, ensuring delivery of transactional activities in line with the Policy, tax requirements, and SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive best practices throughout the end-to-end PTP process.
• Produce operational and root cause reporting and provide recommendations to drive best practice
• Establish relationships with the wider Finance Community to enhance service and customer relationships
• Manage the review and maintenance of SOP’s and version controls to ensure that they are fully aligned to processes
• Work with the Reporting and Compliance Lead/ Controls Team to ensure control & compliance within process area and across the PTP Controls framework
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Participate as required as a team member in other special projects
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties, as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PTP area, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and conversational).
• Experience in a similar role within a multi-site business is desirable.
• Good level of IT skills, including intermediate/advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
