Your tasks

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to build a strong team,
  • Monitor and enhance team performance, addressing any issues proactively,
  • Ensure equitable work distribution and maintain high service level standards,
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators for team management,
  • Innovate processes for better efficiency without compromising quality or service,
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships with suppliers,
  • Handle escalations and complaints promptly and constructively,
  • Assess and enhance the effectiveness of Accounts Payable activities across differentcountries,
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Business Managers to enhance Accounts Payable operations,
  • Standardize processes and implement best practices in alignment with EMEAguidelines,
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring adherenceto local GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
