Obowiązki

• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system.
• Performing 3-way and 2-way match verifications for purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and blocked invoices.
• Coordinating with procurement, business units, and vendors to resolve payment issues.
• Managing payment runs and ensuring compliance with internal controls and payment terms.
• Assisting with vendor account reconciliations and responding to vendor inquiries.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close activities related to Accounts Payable subledger.
• Preparing periodic reports to assist the Procure-to-Pay or Finance Lead.
• Participating in audits and ensuring documentation meets compliance requirements.
• Assisting with special projects and process improvement initiatives within the PTP function.

Wymagania

• University graduate, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a Procure-to-Pay (PtP) or Accounts Payable team.
• Working hours: 2 PM - 10 PM.
• English and French language proficiency at least at B2 level (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and PTP process lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
