Job Description

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable teams to ensure smooth EMEA‑based operations being serviced by multiple locations.
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement process improvements within the PTP functions (PO & NON‑PO).
• Monitor and manage payment processing activities and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise financial processes.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on accounts payable performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping for auditing purposes.
• Support the accounting and finance department in achieving organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PTP Senior Manager should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and proven expertise in Accounts Payable processes & teams management (multi layer: direct and indirect management).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards combined with excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools (preferably SAP R3/S4 combined with PSINOVA or OpenText or other enterprise‑ready solutions)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with sense of ownership.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills (including multicultural engagements).
